Your wedding plans meet no limits here: professionally landscaped grounds, a convenient location, and a host who has welcomed couples for years. Along with a peaceful, elegant setting, Georgia can help you plan your special day.

The manor is proud to host weddings for every couple — including same-sex weddings and ceremonies — and celebrations from Jewish, Indian, Hawaiian and Disney-themed weddings to quinceañeras.

Most couples choose the ledge that juts out over the pool, with the waterfall cascading beside them and guests gathered around the water.

A classic, old-country backdrop

Guests sit either side of the brick walkway that leads to a stone archway and the large arched wooden doors — made for a horse-and-carriage arrival.

From setup to send-off

Five hours for your event, two more to set the scene — and the lights doing the rest.

Set the scene

Your florists, caterers and decorators have two hours to transform the grounds. Caterers get their own work space.

The ceremony

On the waterfall ledge or before the arched front doors — included in your price.

Drinks at the gazebo bar

Guests drift between the thatched bar, the tri-level deck and the gardens.

Dinner under the palapas

Seating for up to 110 beside the pool as the fairy lights in the trees come on.

Dancing & the fire pit

Music through the manor's own sound system; the pool glows in the colour of your choice.

Send-off

Events finish by ten — and the couple can stay on in the honeymoon suite at a discounted rate.

CHILDREN'S PLAYHOUSE

A little world of their own

The Playhouse is a free-standing cottage — a miniature version of the main house for children up to ten, with sturdy, child-friendly wood furniture, a fireplace, cable TV and a DVD player. There's a patio to the side, a large safe play area in front, and a tree house to explore.

Ask about clowns, storytimes, magicians, face painting and party menus.

How much does an event at The Enchanted Manor cost?

Pricing depends on the number of guests: up to 50 guests is $3,800; 50 to 75 guests is $4,800; and 75 to 100 guests is $5,800. Ceremony-only events start at $1,500. Venue tax is 9%.

How many guests can The Enchanted Manor accommodate?

Up to 100 guests, with seating for up to 110 for dining.

Is there an extra cost to hold the ceremony on the grounds?

No — the ceremony is included in the price.

Do you host ceremonies only?

Yes. Ceremony-only pricing is based on the number of guests, starting at $1,500.

How long do we have, and how late can the event go?

You have five hours for the event plus two additional hours for setup, decorating and flowers. Extra time is $300 per hour, but every event must end by 10:00 pm.

Do you provide catering?

Georgia has caterers she can recommend, or you may bring your own. The bartender should work under the caterer's insurance.

Do I need event insurance?

Yes. Georgia Durante and The Enchanted Manor must be named as additionally insured on a one-day event policy.

Do you provide tables and chairs?

Tables and chairs are rented from an outside vendor — Georgia will share the contacts she uses. A wireless microphone for announcements is available.

Can we bring a DJ?

No DJs — the manor has a fabulous sound system. Guests put their music on a phone and plug it in, which also saves the cost of a DJ.

Is there parking? Do we need valet?

There is parking for about 30 cars on the cul-de-sac and open parking on the surrounding streets. Valet doesn't work well here; Uber or Lyft is highly recommended.

Can out-of-town guests stay at the manor?

The wedding couple can stay in the honeymoon suite at a discounted rate. For out-of-town guests, Georgia has arranged a special price at The Mariposa hotel, a block away.

A quiet, tree-lined cul-de-sac in Valley Village — easy to reach from Burbank and LAX, and close to everything Los Angeles is famous for.
